he is sat next to me right now (watching king of the hill!)
i have to say, those that slated his owner were wrong. he is a nice lad, very polite and cares a great deal for his pup.had tears in his eyes when we left.
he just didnt have a clue how to care for the pup....
havent decided on a name yet maybe lenny, phoenix or johnson....
he is actually quite cheeky and unsurprisingly has a huge appetite. he is tiny tho, so much so that he is wearing a cat collar for now
sorry for being vague, im pooped-been up since 5.30!
i shall do a thread complete with pics tomorrow :thumbup:

.well, he is very thin and does have worms (have wormed him now) but he isnt anywhere near as folorn as he looks in the addYaaaaaaaaay Im so glad hes got the home he deserves, does he look poorly in real life or was it just a bad picture? Hes mega cute anyway and I cant wait to see the pics

yup, i want to see a decent pic of the infant after a bath...
and when he reaches 6-MO around the 3rd-week of August, if he appears to contain ANY visible trace of GSD,
i will eat my good straw-hat - with mayonnaise as a garnish. :lol: BTW - this is phenotype, not genotype - and my judging is final.
i think the tyke is just an ordinary Staffy-cross, maybe Boxer or a smooth-coated Terrierrist, but no way GSD.
i will have to wait + see how he develops...
ooh, before i forget, hun...
U may want to have him STOOL onto paper to prevent the lawn being contaminated by worm-eggs.
i hope he feels much-better in a few days; bless the pup,

how about TIGE - for his stripes, a nice traditional moniker?
PHOENIX is nice, but he;d have to grow-into it... :huh: sure isn;t him at the mo. :laugh:
errrmmm, unfortunately all the LENNYs i have ever known have been utter numpties.
(sorry, lenny... :blush2: ) i don;t know any brainy or solid common-sense Lennys but one, and he;s a mule. :laugh:

Only just caught up with all this now, but congrats on your new pup!!
It's a shame we all seem to jump to conclusions about people. I woulda thought bad of the owner too from that advert but it just goes to show that you shouldn't judge people by something so simple as an advert on the internet. Not everyone is cut out for puppy ownership and unfortunately he's one of them, but that pup is in a good home now and isn't gonna suffer any longer
