It's a 6 hour round trip they slept the whole journey there and back. Sox has had to come home and put himself to bed.

I love York! I really miss my trips to York...

Am probably biased about the place as they have a Yorkshire Terrier Pub with its own ale. Haven't tasted the ale but couldn't resist the bottle!

Looks like the boxers had a great time!

We were in York in February - the really warm week. First time with T, we stayed on the campsite on Rowntree Park. Lots of dog friendly places for a non-rural location so we were very impressed .

Sorry, had to look where that was because it sounded familiar, it's near Fulford and Heslington so know that area fairly well as it's the university area ish!

My son went there but I loved York prior and was so pleased he chose York as his first choice!

Loki is almost as big as Sox now. They make a striking pair and look like they're having a great time. Is it Loki making himself quite at home in that pub and Sox with the soulful face. They're handsome boys

Yes that is Loki he is going to be a big boy I think loves the pub he has figured out if he sits nicely he normally gets biccies from the staff. And yes Sox does his best sad boxer look for biscuits. I was really proud lots of other dogs were about and Sox didn't react at all nice and chilled.

Lol they're right characters. My friend had a boxer when I was a teenager and he was mad as a box of frogs but great fun.
