The best way to help someone

    Thanks Rona, just removed text as people could piece together who he is from it and he wouldn't like that.

    This is a hard one because you cannot make someone do something that they are not ready for.
    I think the best you can do is make sure he knows you are there for him, if and/or when he needs you, but also keep an eye on him, and if you think he is becoming ill or too thin because of all the trauma. You must speak to his mum or a close relation of your worries.
    The family may be too rapped up right now too notice other things and events around them.
