Nine year old Catahoula/Pit mix was hit by a car about six years ago. Limped for quite awhile and eventually recovered. Last year the limp came back. Saw several doctors. After MRI, x-rays and I think a PET scan, he was diagnosed with soft tissue injury - tendinopathy - in right shoulder. Only sign of pain upon examination was when right leg was moved forward and upwards. Anti-inflammatories help but does not tolerate for long. Steroid shot helped 80% for a couple of days and then the limp returned. Any ideas?
