It’s a zero dc short harness. I think it fits his shape quite well. It doesn’t move when he’s running anyway :)

I do the Canicross Midlands events, I don't know if you are on facebook but it is the best place for information.

Canicross Midlands have two events left this season, one loughborough way at the beginning of March and then one at Catton Park over Easter Weekend. The races have a novice class for those new to the sport and lots of trade stands to help you spend money.

The other facebook group is Canicross Trailrunners, great for finding local groups.

    Where are you based?

Yes sport seems to operate through facebook a lot!

I'm in the Peak District so Canicross Midlands was my nearest beginner runs which are great for trying on kit. I now travel all over the place.

We're in Leeds so depending on where in the Midlands some runs might not be too far :)

There is a Canicross Midlands Notts group on facebook, they will be the closest. There are sometimes runs at Teversal which is just off Junction 29 of the M1 so easy to get to.

There is also a Pennine Cannicross but I've never ran with them and think its for people with equipment, not sure though, Midlands have a huge kit bag.
