Theres stuff you can get from a good pet store called diamond eye. Its especially for tear stains and its very good. I used to use it on my Bulldogs creases. :)

I too use Diamond Eye and am impressed with what it can do......Also putting a touch of Sudo-cream under the eye helps to soak any wetness from the hairs.....

No we havent actual, but if its ment to be good we could give it a go.!
Puff faces are ment to be shaved so i mean its not a big problem for us we just shave there faces every 2weeks.!
But theres alot of people we know that just have pet puffs and like to keep there faces non-shaven lol so i will suggest this to them thanks :D

our bulldogs have the same problem and i find cleaning everyday with optrex eye wash and then drying and putting morhulin on keeps them clean, you could also try a little apple cider vinegar in there drinking water.
