Tarantula mating

    Not sure how many people will want to look at this! But I found these video's on my photobucket account today and thought some people might like to see the delicate process of large tarantulas mating!

    The tarantulas are Salmon Pink Birdeaters (Lasiodora parahybana)

    The video was cut off on the 2nd film, because we have to take care of the male tarantula before he gets eaten. All the voices in the background are fellow tarantula enthusiasts. We had a forum meet and decided to pair these 2 beauties up at the meet! :D

    They are Salmon pink birdeaters (Lasiodora parahybana) :)

    There's nothing brave here...tarantulas are fluffy and cuddly :lol:
