I am looking for a tall cat scratcher for my little monsters. It has to be relatively tall as they all like to stretch right up.

I have found one that does not look too bad (called Bisel) but I don't like the top of it, I think it looks a bit 80s
    NEKOZEN - products

But I don't like the ones with the carpet/faux fur at the bottom please.

    Any suggestions?

Do you already have a base?

Last time I needed to replace ours I just got a new pole and attached it to their existing base

How much is that first one? I like the one that can be used as a seat - probably not very tall though

On second thoughts, if you have to ask you probably can't afford it as my Nan says! Haha!

The barrel is great and they will be having this in their kitten room but I am looking for something to go into the hallway. The hallway is not very big so I am looking for something fairly slim. They have started to scratch the bottom of the stairs so I would like a scratcher there so they can mark the scratcher instead of the stairs.

They are very, very expensive! Have forgotten how much exactly but I think it was around £200. I will maybe get something from their product range at some point but the scratcher is not really my favourite and I would not spend the money on it.

    I haven't got a base :(

The problem I have is that nearly every base is covered in this faux fur stuff which I hate. I think it looks awful.

Yes, I love my cats and they have loads of stuff but sometimes I just want something a little more stylish, especially as this scratcher will be in the hallway so everyone entering my house will see it immediately.

This one from zooplus! It's cheap and very very tall. Lasts about 6-8 months but being only £25 it's ok :thumbup1:

    Slim and good for hall?
I think there's nothing better than those:

You can screw it to the wall as high as you want <you don't really need first 20-30cm from the floor level>.
Phoebe loves it, she's stretching on it every morning and when I come back from work!
    Super cheap too ;)

    You're most welcome :D
Phoebe even climbs this, I think it could make a nice, simple tree too!
Few of those, leading to a couple of shelves ;)
I think I saw someone use it in Ikea hacks too.
