    A real novice question!

I make my own chips with potatoes (funnily enough!) and am wanting to make some tonight i just only have sweet potatoes in cupboard. I am guessing you can do them the same!?

    Anyone use these?

I have just for a change, they don't crisp up as much as potatoes (but then I am a rubbish cook so it may have been me!) but they taste nice. :D
