Oh yuk !! I'm sure mine would love them BUT!
I would never give my girls a "stuffed" hoof, goodness only knows what cereal based sh1t is put inside them.
I use unfilled hooves which the girls love and spend hours chewing if they have no fresh bones.
And of course the stuffing would have to be part of their "daily food rations" !!!!

    Thanks for that.:(
I know what's gone in it. And yes it's part of their daily food

mmmmm and it's not within the realms of possibility that Cloversmum stuffed them herself?

    Seriously :(

Would it not have been more appropriate to maybe ask what was in them .... and if it turned out that they were the ones with horrible filling (which I can guarantee they're not knowing how much hard work Cloversmum has put into getting her girls onto good food) then you could maybe have enlightened the poster in a polite way :cursing:

Thanks lilylass. It has raw tripe in it and of course it was taken out of their allowance... It's for their dinner

Shame people assume without asking as you say

Sorry  it just really annoys me when people assume the worst and jump on people without even getting the whole story

None of us are perfect and I know I'm still learning things about dogs all the time - but I know I would respond much better to someone saying ..... "mmm I don't know if you know this but .... x / y / z (insert whatever) really isn't that good for dogs - a / b / c would be much better for them :smile5:" rather than .... well you know

I aren't really bothered what the poster thinks.i know i try my best to give my girls the best food, and that's good enough for me :)

But by assuming without asking you're on rocky ground

Not making an issue.. just telling you what was in the hooves, so you weren't left thinking my dogs were getting filled with "cereal sh"t" :)

Bless she's so sweet! I really like clover she has such a pretty face.

Where do you get hooves from? I've always thought about getting some for Teddy and stuffing with mince/meat pieces. Are they dried? Or raw? I don't really know anything about them tbh.

They sound good unfortunately they won't deliver to me, perhaps a different supplier will have some.

How messy are they? How long did it take clover to finish eating it?
