Maybe it's just my eyes deceiving me but Dog Chat seems to be so sticky heavy these days with a whole 16 threads right up there. Any chance of pruning this somehow

I agree far too many - and I'm not sure how useful they are really as very few people look at them before posting a question.

With the exception of any memorial threads I'd start by removing any that haven't been posted on for 2 months

What about the 'what's for tea' sticky and 'Any old junk shop'

I know people are commenting on them on a daily basis which is why I don't see it can't just be a thread. As people posting that much on it, it will always be bumped up and on the first page of the general chat anyway.

    Welcome?

The mods will tidy up what needs to be sorted, I'm sure.;)

Sorry I still think the memorial threads should be moved after 6 months or so, it's just not practical to have one for every member who has passed.

I'd start by removing the memorial ones, or put them in a separate section. Some are so old that many people on here wouldn't know who they were about; and if anyone who did know them needs a mead to hold them in their memory, there's something wrong.
