Stick insects

    Hi I’m having some trouble with my stick insects at the moment I’ve lost 2 of them and I’m not sure why they have a tall cage with fresh brambles and they are misted with water everyday one of them has also lost a leg does anyone have any advice what I may be doing wrong don’t want to lose anymore thanks

    What type are they? I have indian ones and a couple times when moulting one if them had lost a leg but they are all finished moulting and are adults. Have you got lots? You should be spraying the leaves not the stickies. Have you noticed them fighting:?

    If you post a photo we can ID and try to help more. Not every stick insect likes a daily spray for example so you may be over doing it. They also readily lose limbs when they get old.
