Hi. Am trying to book some tickets for a show and there is a layout shown of the venue. Does anyone know which area will give the best view??? Stalls, Balcony or Circle??? - the show is 'Lord of the Dance' and so would like a really good view. Thanks :)

I was in the stalls when I went to see Les Mis and had a perfect view! :) I love the circle and the balcony also it's all to do with where your seat is!

Try and get a seat in the middle not right at the front but not at the back. The middle is best :yesnod: If you have a seat to the side you're unlikely to see most of the stage.

Thanks for that - i'll be careful when I book the tickets to make sure i'm not near the edge but not sure how i'll know?? - it comes up with seats 1 - 3 or 9 - 11 etc so i'll just guess that the lower numbers might be the outside??? and maybe go for the 'in the middle numbers?? :)

Yeah I will but it's such a bloomin pain having to pay out that sort of money during the summer hols to secure seats for the next half term!!! - oh well - that's the downside of really wanting to do something I guess!!! - thanks for the advice :)

Sounds like it was worth it though!!! I am hoping to see Lord of the Dance in Oxford at the end of October. Its about a 4 hour drive but i'll stay overnight and make a weekend of it!!! Would like to take kids to more shows but everything is so far away!!! Expect you are near to Cardiff?? - that is nearer for me but dates don't fit in most of the time :(

But that's even further for me to travel and the kids probably wouldn't hack a journey that long?? :)
