    Hello all,

Thanks for all the great advice on my toilet training post.

We have stopped crating him as he didn't like it, and i don't see the use of getting him upset. Anyway so what we are doing at night is we have a space between the kitchen and the downstairs toilet, so i am putting him in there.

He has his bed, water, toys, hide chew and newspaper.

He cries for the first 30 secs and then goes to sleep. The first night we went down and found just wees, this morning i went down and he hadn't done anything. So i took him out for walk and he did his first wee then. I am so proud of him.

So the only time he does anything in side is when i don't notice when he wants to go.

Just need to get him to tell us when he wants to go.

Giving him a treat when he has done anything is definately working, he has also learnt the sit command.
