hello rebecca if you come online again

I am having trouble adding pictures to the photobook.

Everytime i add a pic to the book the comment error 'low resolution' comes up.

how to solve this? Advice would be appreciated!

If youre getting the Low Resolution message, that means that if you use those pics, they may look fuzzy or pixely when printed out. The easiest thing to do is to print them out yourself first in the size that Snapfish will be printing them and see if they look ok before adding them to the book. Photos that have been cropped will often look a bit fuzzy when printed out.

I often get that message and the solution is to make them smaller (ie. put three or four pics on a page instead of one or two), print them out yourself first as I mentioned above or just chance that the pics will be ok printed as a book. Do you know what kind of camera the pics were taken with?
