I'm showing my new sphynx kitten in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if anybody knew if heat pads were allowed under the blanket?

I've only shown cats with fur before, and I might be being a bit paranoid but I'm worried about leaving her all day in a cold pen with nothing to keep her warm! I usually put a heat pad in her carry case on trips to the vet and on cold days, and she still gets a little shivery, so I was just wondering if anybody knew if this were permitted?
