Occasionnally my boy, one and entire if that makes the smell more potent?, has had accidents in the lounge. As I am re decorating eventually, I cut out the carpet that he weed on but has now gone just on the concrete floor and it stinks. The ammonia hits when you walk in. What can I use that's really effective to get rid of the smell?

Zybax Odour Master is fantastic. It works in the same way as the odour control stuff you can get from PAH but is an industrial product and a million times better. You have to get it from a specialist supplier but I just trawled the internet when I moved to Somerset and couldn't get to my old supplier any more. It comes in a 5l container and you dilute it and should last a year or so. You can use it on anything, wood, concrete, tiles, carpet, fabric of any sort. I dilute it into one of those garden spray things where you pump it a few times and it then sprays for ages on it's own.
I first found out about it when I got a contract writing all the H&S for an Industrial Cleaning firm. They used it for toilets in schools and factories where years of wee had got into the concrete floors and under the tiles and you just couldn't clean it out. You use a stronger solution for the first few days then a weak one as a maintenance dose. Never seen anything like it, it's magic and really easy.

I looked online for it and the 750 trigger spray ranged from a couple of quid to a rtenner all with high postage. Here's hoping I don't need a litres worth but for roughly the same money, I may as well have it

Thank you

Before Daisys cushings was diagnosed and treated she used to have accidents occasionally and I used ridovit and found that got rid of the smell that was on carpet too. Pets at home do it.

There is also something called urine Off that supposed to be very good that I infact went to get but they didnt have any at the time hence trying the Ridovit.

There is these too for urine
