Her appeal to return to the UK and have British citizenship reinstated s being heard.

This is the young lady who turned her back on Britain and joined ISIS, was not bothered about beheadings and referred to the Ari Grande Manchester bombings as "collateral damage" but according to judges her human rights should be considered over her threat to our security.
As I see it, she may be brought back to UK for her appeal, if she loses she may never be sent back as it may violate her human rights so we house and feed her etc.

    What are your thoughts?

She was a groomed 15 year old whose grooming will have started when she was even younger. She probably has psychological issues ptsd, from what happened to her. We let dozens of young men we have no idea about into the country every day. She’s one girl, keeping her out won’t persuade any other children to ignore radicalisation and grooming by adults and their peers. In my opinion Islam has no place in the U.K. or anywhere else in the west, but so long as we accept it, we should also accept that young people living here will be targeted for radicalisation.

Am not sure, in some ways I don't think she should be let back in then I also think she is our responsibility rather than that of another country to keep. In some ways she was 'groomed' but then I still think she is dangerous & should not be let off simply because of her age. However, I do find it very hypocritical that other ISIS terrorists & supporters (male) have been let back in to this country with such little media outcry.

I agree that she shouldn’t be let off and pretend nothing happened, but she was here when she was groomed into it and it probably started long before she was 15. We should be trying to protect young people from this, but we aren’t it seems. It’s one of those phobia/ism things that we aren’t supposed to mention these days. :(

I think it needs to be considered how safe it would be to let her stay. She would need very thorough psychological examination to investigate her potential for terrorism and very close monitoring as well.
It's trully horrific how many seemingly innocent young people have performed some horrendous acts of terrorism, even doctors.

She went of her own free will, I don't think we should have her back. I dread to think what she may do in the future.
