Just wanted to share a fab scratching post I found on eBay...

I was actually looking for ideas for buying materials and building a cat tree for my pair, the little ones I got from Aldi just aren't enough for Indy... he knocks them flying. He *is* a rather muscular and solid 5.7+kg boy. He also spends a lot of time trying to get higher.

Well, I found this and rather than try build something better I just went ahead and bought it, after costing materials I decided I couldn't do it any cheaper and I don't have the time at the mo.

Here it is, £69 inc delivery

they've got 3 left at mo, then they've got some in cream with black pawprints on... which I'm not so keen on so went for the brown :p

Indy will adore it I think... he's always had large cat trees since he's indoor only I belive in giving him plenty of climbing space. I am very conscious of making sure my kitties have ample exercise in their limited environment.

just realised I forgot to post the pics of the cats enjoying the tree!

they love it and Indy is already losing a bit of weight again, toning up and regaining the muscle he'd lost in his shoulders etc and he's sooooo much happier.

He's also stopped climbing in the kitchen and on the dining room table!

Gypsy loves it too and scratches away before climbing and having a nap

i got 2 scratching trees on ebay recently after someone on here tipped me to them... the really big one (massive) was only about 40 or 50 euros with P&P added on, and I am delighted with it, as are the cats.
