    Well technically my dad did.

One of our cats caught a mouse, still alive and between me and dad we got the mouse [i grabbed the cat] and dad went to release it at the top of the garden, but it wasnt in a fit state to walk, let alone be released.

So dad took him down to the shed and put an old cloth down and found some mouse food we'd bought during the winter, cos we get mice occasionally in our shed and during the winter they would devestate the birds food, so got them thier own food XD

So he put down a lil mouse food and left him....i checked him a lil later and his back leg was really bad, he could barely walk at all, but hopped away and hid away from me.....so dad checked later and he wasnt there.

Guessed he'd gone....but i checked like 7pm and he was there, eating away and i'd given him a saucer of water.

He's walking around alot better now and climbing about the shed and so i went a got pictures!

he's a baby, they look pretty mousy when young, it's possible he could be a black rat, they look 'mousier' than the browns, nowhere near as common though
