My cat gave birth to five kittens two months ago. We immediately noticed that the runt of the litter was being denied food by the mum and had deformed feet.
Following professional advice, we administered daily physiotherapy for nearly two weeks, and bottle fed the kitten until the mum was willing to feed her herself. Last week we noticed the kitten was bleeding and we were given antibiotics by the vet. These had to be given to her orally and she really didn’t like the process.

All of the other kittens in the litter are confident and play with people, but this one seems afraid of everyone. I’m worried that this is because she was repeatedly taken away from the others, even if only for short periods of time.
What can we do to make her feel more comfortable and less scared?
