My mum came home and said there was a big Rottweiler looking dog up the road. So I got treats, slip lead and went to find it.
As they are a guarding breed I approached confidently but carefully, I threw a treat out and he ate it, coming closer. So I gave him a treat and popped the lead over his head. Just walking home and a man came out saying 'you have found my dog, thank you'. So we had a chat about dogs, it turns out he has had nothing but Rottis since 1980.
He said I could come and walk him with Pippa anytime I want!
Lovely dog - called Marmite! I quite fancy a Rotti now!
My good deed for the day!
