Hi does anyone know how to do this? A member of my birth family has put pictures of me up on there and I want them off. I have reported them twice but nothing is being done.

Is there another way to contact them to do this? My sister has told her to take them off but she won't.

Sadly I have found that facebook don't like to act on reports. I reported a certain message to them the did nothing.

i think they are more stricter with pictures, ive reported rude ones in the past and they have been removed, and someone i know , their friend was banned for having rude pictures ( and i mean very rude pictures )

    I would hope so.
That's the biggest draw back of social networking sites. Others can take liberties with photos or info about you that you'd rather not be made public.

I would think (hope really) that fb would respect her wishes and have them removed. It's only decent to handle it that way.

I'm not sure you will have any luck hun.

Unless you took the pictures yourself (making them yours under copyright law), or they were trying to sell the pictures without your permission as a model. Or if the pictures were taken of a child under a protection order.

If they took the pictures and are not trying to sell them, I don't think they can make them delete them hun :(

I'd try appealing the family member again, it might be the only way to get them removed unfortunately. You might be lucky and Facebook 'might' take them off, but it's a long shot.
