Pins & our vet have finally decided Banjo needs to see a Neuro specialist at chester or liverpool or wirral :confused1: sorry cant mem exactley as was a bit shocked was expecting to go to local orthapedic vet.

Does anyone know what happens ie what time do you have to be there for examination & scans or do they do 1 one day & go back the following day for the other  & if he needs an op how long after all the rest before they do one?

Its just alooooooong way away from here so was trying to think logistics my sis lives in Crewe so could stay there if he had to be there early

Oh & last thing will I have to pay there & then or do they invoice the insurance company directly? remembering he's insured with E&L who do have a bad rep with vets

Best to get all the info and ring them and your insurance company.
