I was just wondering if anyone has tried a recovery suit for their cat after they have been neutered?
    Is it worth the investment?

Yes, my Lola had one when she came home after her spay, she hated it, drove her mad...….I took it off after 2 days, she was fine, never tried to bite her stitches.

I honestly would not bother. I once tried a body suit for a cat (different reason, long story)...she absolutely hated it and it lasted all of two minutes.

A spay incision is tiny with internal stitches and they heal incredibly quickly.

I made one from a baby vest after my vet accidentally spilt glue on my girl's flank after her spay. She didn't bother with the spay but kept licking the edges of where she had been shaved to remove the glue. She was very good about wearing it

Thank you for all the advise, I’ve decided to see how she gets on first as long as she isn’t trying to get to her stitches I shall leave her be =]

Quick update on the operation, all went well and she is recovering much better than I had envisioned:)
