Receiving tips - do you ever say no?

    I usually don't take them, or only take part of it. I'm not entirely sure why though, I think to prove a point it's not all about the money! But what do others do? Is it seen as less professional? How much is too much to accept? Or is there no such thing?!

    Some client say keep the change, but its typically not a big tip or considered a tip here.

    In fact I give dog treats to my clients at Christmas time and last year a few of them gave presents back. I just do it to thank them for being a loyal client, and I dont expect anything in return.
