Re vamp - on a budget - Rainybow

  1. Just about finished my other bathroom! NOT quite turned out how I was planning! but guess I can live with it for the time being!

    Love the touches of shabby chic, it was always going to be tough to work with the existing tiles and pull off that look, i love that wallpaper :)

    I have to say I'm disappointed DT .... I don't see a blind in sight, minus a hanki or not! :p

    It looks nice but the tiles need to go as soon as you can for something plainer to make it really work. You did a great job on the cabinets ;)
     
  13. OH will not remove them tiles rainybows! I am even thinking of just buying some and starting doing a naff job of tiling on top of em!

    when we moved in here he took original art deco tiles off that wall and removed an old roll top cast iron bath! he wanted to have it resurfaced but I refused to even get in it! it were the biggest bath I had seen! you could swim in it! he let me have my own way but said he would never do it again!
