Im renewing some of my pets cages.
And my zebra mice are one of them, I'm wanting to put plum branches in for them to climb over but im a bit conserned about bugs/parasites getting into the cage.
Does anyone know how i can clean the branches? will sticking it in boiling water do the trick? Or am I being over paranoid about bugs/parasites getting into the cage??

Lol never used natural branches before so i need some advice :):)

    They should be fine...
I use them all the time...
Although i will say... Make sure that there hasn't been and pesticides / chemicals used on the branches.. (that includes in the soil)
