Ok, right, I've got some Taurine, what else do I need?

I have been feeding NI minces which have all the relevant supplements but I sometimes get rabbit from a local Game merchants which have no additional supplements. It is 100% rabbit with heart and liver included in the mince.

Do I need to anything else other than Taurine?

Apart from the meat, bone and offal, their site also mentions:

# Scottish salmon oil
# Brewers' yeast
# Bilberry powder
# Sea kelp

No ideas on the amounts though.

Just had a look at the Stickies and the Basic Guide thread by Hobbs says 'deleted' in the first message.

I'll try a search on 'supplements' and 'raw' and see how I get on

If it's no more than 20% of the diet then it's okay to not be complete.

I'm planning on making it about 75% of their diet as its very convenient for me and local.

Taurine is a daily must, either in powder from or preferably in a chunk of heart. I also add a bit of extra fat from goose/duck fat, and maybe a chunk or two of kidney as rabbit tends to be bone heavy and can constipate. Holland and Barratt do a de-bittered brewers yeast for added vit B too.
