raw pork stuff

    hey! am i correct in thinking i need to freeze anything pork for a few days before i can give it to the dogs?

    Think its more "iffy" in other countries but ok here in the UK

    Definitely OK in the UK, was talking about this to a local butcher/poultry processor the other week who breeds his own pigs, and wants to expand his sales of raw food for dogs.

    I freeze everything for a few days before the dogs or ferrets get it, but I think it's just me being overcautious :eek:

    If it's british meat i'm not bothered whether it's been frozen or not first
