    i have never used carefresh for my rats. so i have no idea what its like as a bedding. although if you do buy it then freeze it first before using so it kills of any mites in it.
    sawdust is a no no.
    what about buying some cheap papers and using them for a few days, alot cheaper and they can make there own bedding

    You could mix some in with the megazorb when it arrives. ..you'd get the pink effect and it would last longer.
