I don;t think the smaller size of that cage is suitable for anything other than maybe a dwarf tbh... I had one when I first had my hamster and it was just not big enough atall >_<

    Peace

    Hey!

If you get a guinea pig cage be careful in case the bars (if any) are a little wider than hamster cages if it is intended for a Hammy!

I got my cage from Zooplus, you could probably get a good deal with ebay but you have to keep an eye out! The bigger the cage the better for the Hamster =]

    Good luck cage hunting!

That particular cage has bars at the top to I doubt the hammy would get out :)

I'm gonna say just get a cambridge, then you can have loads of toys and a shelf and a wheel attached to the bars etc :)

    Peace

My hamster think she's lara croft and goes upside down on the top as she knows it opens, i just meant in general, that's what i was worried about when i got my hammy as some of the cages i saw in person the bars seemed a bit wide.

Oh i used to sleep walk and sleep talk quite alot. When i first got the hammy i remember watching a movie on my mini laptop and i turned it off and put it on the floor and beside my bed, when i woke up the next morning i found it at the opposite end of the room on my chest of drawers. So now i worry i will open the hammy cage, i had a bad dream about it the night after, i dreamt i took her out and lost her under my bed! And woke up and checked the cage (5amish) Even if i put a lock on the cage i'd just open it lol

    Scary stuff :001_tt2:

A hamster with the ability to spin webs would be ok but that's it :p I hate spiders! Any other spidery attributes would be weird.

I have definately drunk far too much, I've just nearly choked to death picturing a hamster in tights with a little flapping cloak.

That would be super hamster SuperHamsterAvatar.jpg
This is spidey hamster (naked) with the unique ability to scale walls and ceilings!! funny_hamster-500x375.jpg

It would make it darn hard to catch either of them if they escaped their cages!!!!

Did you find out what size it was before you agreed to get it? What if its too small? Only thinking of your hammy :)
