    Hi
Since we got Emily last weekend every-so-often she'll suddenly yelp! for about a second or 2 and no-one is near her.
She has had both puppy check and pssed through them no problems. Have since spoken and seen our vet and he gave her a full 'rub down' and she never made a murmer! He couldn't feel anything wrong nor notice a differance in her stance or anything.
He is in the mind that she maybe experiancing growing pains or maybe cramp from sitting or laying in a funny position.
She runs round the living room like a puppy gone mad, and does everything a puppy should. No sign of a yelp when jumping or anything!
Then she'll wake up or get up and yelp!
the vet is in the opinion to leave her another few weeks, unless anything BAD shows its face for her, and see if she calms down on her own.
Even the vet that the breeder took her too said she is such a wimpy puppy!! She cried terrible at her vaccines and for her micro-chip, the vet said she is a very 'sensitive' puppy lol. But, neither of them have found a cause of it at all.
She has gone 3 days without a murmer, yet tonight has done it again.........
Anyone else had a 'sensitive' puppy???

She has also seen our neighbours cat tonight (bearing in mind she was raised with 2 at the breeders) and ran in with her tail between her legs and yelping....... The poor cat had just happened to walk across to sniff her nose! (no hostility at all!)

Sounds as if you are going to have to do a lot of socializing.
Hope she doesn't show any worse signs of anything wrong

    Hi
Socializing isn't a problem really, as she mixes with a few puppy's etc. For some reason it was just this one cat! She has seen and the cats have even let her go to them from the other houses!!
Made us chuckle at her really. She came straight in for a cuddle and then was fine.
