:confused:I was driving past a garden centre this morning that has closed down, but the pet centre/shop is still trading. I have been in there before and they sell all small animals (rabbits, g.pigs, hamters, etc...) they also pride themsleves on hand reared parrots and large fish centre.
But driving past today I saw a huge sign saying puppies for sale!!!!!
I had a quick look and they have a litter of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels - Tri Colour £550.00 per puppy. Not KC reg, no mum available to be seen. Pups did look healthy and clean tho.

Are pet shops allowed to sell puppies??

Hopefully they belonged to some silly person who worked there and the center hasn't started trading in puppies :(

If you are concerned, give the local council a ring and check they are licenced to sell puppies. Its a seperate licence to a normal petshop one.
