Just had a call from the breeder to tell me the French bully pup I was going to pick up Monday is titling his head abnormally. No symptoms other than that.

She doesn't want to sell him to me but is happy for me to take him for no charge. He's a lovely little pup and I'm so tempted but I have visions of thousands of pounds in vets bills racking up though I've already taken out insurance for him in advance.

I just don't know what to do

Has he had a vet check specifically addressing the tilt?

Is he doing it all the time? Unsteady on his feet? Head shaking?

The insurance may well exclude it as pre-existing - and that would include anything related to it.
A responsible breeder would keep the pup themselves and take any costs themselves, rather than offload him.
I wouldn't do anything until he's been thoroughly assessed by a vet.
