Pug breathing fast

    Hi my pug aged 8 is starting to breath fast while sleeping hard to explain counted 38 and then 42 breaths per minute has anyone else experienced this.

    I don’t know, but if his breathing has changed suddenly (and given the issues brachy breeds can have) I’d speak to the vet for advice.

    that is slightly high so I would get him checked over. I was concerned with my dog at around 40 a minute and sure enough there was a problem.
