My daughter has her leavers ball at school tonight and its the first time shes been dressed up and looking fancy in ages, i felt i had a tear in my eye as she set off, for all the arguing we seem to do lately she really made me proud of her looking all grown up and girly..hope no one minds posting my pics but was very proud....lol

Thanks everyone, she had a great time however was a little upset when she got home, think its just dawned on her she proberly wont be seeing most of her friends soon as she is going to a different school from most of them as we moved a few weeks back but left her in her current school just to see the year out.
yes they do seem to be doing them for younger ones, she has just turned 11 and goes to high school this time, the school were a great credit and had the party at one of the best hotels in blackpool, the kids had spent the last 12 months doing all sorts of activities to raise money for the ball so really proud of all of them for the hard work they did.
gosh it seems strange ive got one old enough to be in high school, i still get asked for id to buy fags.....lol:D
