Has anyone else had issues with the feeder reading the chip on set up?
I have just bought one of these and I can't get it to "see" Little H's chip. He's doing exactly what he's supposed to do and eating from the bowl in the correct manner but the green light just keeps on flashing.
Don't know if it's cause he's an MC so taller or more fluffy or if his chip has moved (didn't think so)???
I really don't want him to wear a collar so would prefer to get the chip recognised.
