My cat is lifting her paw constantly as if it is hurt? Does anyone know what it could be?

    Hello @Graceplatt35 and welcome :)

I agree with Lurcherlad, you need to take your cat to the vet [first thing tomorrow] to have her paw examined. I expect she has injured her paw or her paw pad in some way, and is in pain.

Cats are very good at hiding pain. She may not perhaps be crying, but the fact she is holding up her paw shows she is in pain.

How old is she? A cat suddenly lifting a paw who has never done it before can be an indication of thrombosis (blood clot) It can be other things too, but it is not something to mess around about if it is a new behavior.
