Love them or hate them isn't for debate.

I thought I would ask if am the only one who likes piercings and Body modifications as they are called. Am not covered in them, but have quite a few. Something I always liked, even when not in fashion.

It's definitely more mainstream now I think.

Just wondering if I am the only one with piercings

I'm fascinated by the Daith piercing theory, does it work?
My daughter has several ear-piercings including the Daith one ( not because she's a mgraine sufferer, just - because..) but they are small and discreet.

Two in each lobe, helix piercing and my nose

Did consider getting a daith piercing due to having a headache condition but as I nearly passed out with my helix, I've decided it's probably best not to :Hilarious

I have the daith now. Which corresponded with increase in migraine preventer. Have had headaches more than migraines
I have been diagnosed with new daily persistent headaches. Be interesting to see though as I am lowering my dose again. Side effects is the reason.

Daith is a bit of a pinch but then I had to have my navel repierced and that was painless and so many people say that's awful.

Two in each ear and used to have tongue and navel pierced.

    Both those removed now though.

I had my ears pieced when I was young, but that's as far as I go, I don't like body art.

I wouldn't have any teeth left with a tongue piercing!

The long one they put in at first because your tongue swells up was a nightmare. Although pretty much the only thing I could eat was ice cream so it didn't really get in the way. Much easier once swapped to a shorter one :)

A girl I work with has her tongue pierced. She lisps and when I hear it clacking against her teeth it sets my teeth on edge, a bit like nails scratching down a blackboard!

I have my medusa so have got an oral piercing. Yes the bar due to swelling for tongue and medusa is massive, I caught it on my teeth loads. Relief when I could downsize.

Most people I know you would never know about the tongue piercing, they are supposed to be discreet.

I had my nose pierced for a long time, daughter has hers pierced now, you blow your nose just like you normally do. Doesn't get in the way of anything.

I have my ears pierced and that hurt. I wouldn't be brave enough to have my nose or tongue pierced. The girl at work has a silver stud in her tongue and you can see it when she talks. Each to their own but I do think people can get addicted to piercings and tattoo's. My daughter seemed to go mad on tattoo's when she was single and has loads, but now she's married and has a little girl I guess she can't afford them anymore.
