Took Amos and Pickles to the vet today to get worming stuff and have a general check-up. Pickles has lost weight and is now normal weight!! She was very overweight - I can't remember by how much or even know how much she has lost. My mum was looking after her when I was in hospital for 3 months last summer and she really over-fed her. So I am relieved that she's a normal weight now. In the vets I was kissing her and saying 'way to go Pickles'. There were three or four people in the vets - they probably thought I was barmy lol.

    That's great news!!

I wouldn't worry about sounding barmy.... I always get funny looks when I'm saying 'Alan' in the waiting room to him and when they call out Alans name!
