Today I received a phone call from the customer service at Zooplus.
They had been contacted by the cat protection league as they had received a parcel and wanted to know if it had been sent to them by mistake
I advised the nice lady from Zooplus that it was not a mistake and to let the cat protection league know it was meant for them and all future parcels too (I intend to send 1 a month).
The lady was clearly overwhelmed and thanked me loads for sending a parcel to the cats protection. You could have thought I had sent it to her directly she was so happy
