Help please.... I have started dog boarding and have insurance but am confused as to how to manage this with clients. Obviously, my insurance covers anything that happens while the dog is boarding but who pays the excess if say the dog injures itself whilst with me? Bit of a minefield, anyone know what to say to prospective clients.
    Any advice really appreciated:smile5:

    Hi

    Where are you?

You would pay it, thats why you have insurance, you wouldnt be able to charge the persons dog. Its an accident that you are insured for :)
