    hi all

Our frenchie Vinnie is four months old now and he is relitively well behaved.

One problem we seen to be having is when visitors come he goes mental. So excited jumping up and nipping. He isn't like this when we come In just visitors. Does anyone have any tips as I'm conscious that not all people like dogs especially when they jump up.

Thanks in advance. He's a picture

My pup is 9 months and she does that when we come home.
I've got into a routine where I won't give her any attention until she sits. So now she goes to jump up, then sits and looks at me expentently.
Maybe teach him to sit when someone enters the house and give him a treat?

Keep him on a lead and ask people to give him zero attention (not even a look) until he has calmed down.

Once he has, then allow people to fuss him.

If he then goes OTT again, remove him from the room for 60 secs.

He'll soon learn that his behaviour either gets him nowhere, or removed entirely.
