Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed watching that. Just shows how much our gardens are a haven for wildlife even though we might not know it. Is the lovely cat yours by the way?

We got a trail camera from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Crenova-In...e=UTF8&qid=1493456510&sr=8-1&keywords=Crenova

It's great. We've set it to take 30sec shots with a 2sec lag but I may raise it to 45 seconds recording just to get that little bit more.
I love it around each night, it's on a chimney style pot, so easy to move or change view.
I face it near the water as that's where most animals will be near. Our garden is tiny too but alive with so much!
No!! Bloody cat, it lives a few houses away but stalks our garden as it goes for the birds :'( it also poos in our garden too which Mooky eats. It's dogs out pots too to go in!! Can u tell I hate it.

Finally got a new sd card today so the camera is back up and running as of midnight. Fingers crossed we get some action. I dreamt last night 5 hogs were hiding in my hedgehog house. Was most bizarre.

Few more captures to upload to camera. 2 birds I never knew came in our garden, it's the mealworms, they're the must eat thing at the moment.
The bleeding cat!!!! Scratching and strutting his stuff!! Poor moo goes wild in the morning when he catches whiff of it.
Will try upload them today. Taking camera to mum's tonight as she has numerous hedgehogs at any one time.

Those wanting one, I've yet to be disappointed. The colour is great in daylight, hd quality, you choose how long it records, when it starts - mines on 12am to 6am. With 45 seconds recording.
It's easy to use, easy to strap round something, mines goes round a ceramic chimney style pot which makes it easy to change perspective

Thanks for the lovely feedback. Xxx

That's fascinating! So amazing to see what goes on ...... I've been meaning to get a camera to see footage of the hedgehogs in my garden but didn't know what to get or if they would be difficult to set up.

I've just ordered mine for delivery Monday! I know we get foxes in the garden at night and would love to think we might get hedgehogs too but haven't seen any for a few years. I think I've heard them though, sometimes hear some strange noises when I'm in bed!

Set my camera up for the first time last night. Unfortunately I didn't set it at the right angle, it needs to be adjusted higher. I did get a glimpse of a fox on it though but then it went out of shot! Also got a short video of it. I will try again tonight and test it properly! Here's my fox. It looks like it has an injury to the left shoulder but I'm not sure?

That's just a still picture of it. The video was so short it's not worth putting it on! I have adjusted the angle of the camera so hoping to get better shots tonight.
