This heat is intolerable, I've just fainted and bumped my head on one of the outside walls. :(

Now I've got a lump on my head which is the size of a golf ball.

The thing is that I wasn't even doing anything, my mom lathered me in sun tan cream this morning and we have an umbrella over the garden table. I only went inside to get another drink and then it just happened. :(

According to the thermometer it's 28.7 degrees C in the shade.

Get a hot bath! When you get out, your body will try and reduce your temp so you feel cooler. If you a cold bath then when you get out, your body will try to compensate making you hotter!

LOl i remember when I gave myself concusion from hitting my head on a car door! I needed the hospital after that!

If you feel faint again, I'd phone NHS direct as you really need to be careful with head injuries
