    Been pole dancing again,

Was learning a way to change direction during a routine, was going through it but i span too fast smacked the back of my ankle on the pole, fell flat on my arse and welled up.

    That was around 7:30

My foot/ankle is now triple in size, black and purple and stings like a b*tch, not to mention walking is nearly impossible. Kai really didnt appreciate my hobbling round the block on his walk.

ive heard its good exercise, id like to have a go at a course, is it 'easy' to learn or do you have to be good at the basics to start?

    Its pretty easy to learn,
Like, every move gets broken down into several steps and you learn each bit individually before you put them all together.

its the best workout iv ever had, i hurt after 1 hours on the pole,
whereas i can spend days in the gym and not hurt one bit!

Other than today which was just an epic fail day, i couldnt do anything, my brain wasnt functioning, i had a kazillion accidents and was just having a general thick day :(
