Over the last few days I've noticed that Otto has started to lie half in and half out of his puppy bed in order to stretch out so I started looking at new beds for him. I went into Pets at Home earlier to get him a new toy and some treats (as if he needed more!) when I spotted that they had a bed sale on. As a result Otto now has a new bed and I have more money left in my purse than I expected so everybody's happy.:D
I'll let you decide for yourselves whether or not he likes it!

He can still curl up in it but he's taken to sleeping stretched out so he was ending up with his bum in the bed and the rest of him on the floor.:001_rolleyes: He's at least doubled in length in the last 2 and a half weeks and has gone from 5kg to 7.2kg already!:eek:hmy:

Thank you for all the kind comments.:D

Yes he's going to be a big boy (or big brute as my neighbour puts it!) when he grows into those paws!

He's a very bright boy. He's already mastered a medium level Nina Ottosson toy. I've got a new one on order to try to keep his mind occupied so he doesn't find ways to occupy himself!

At the moment Otto's got the dog brick. He has to slide the compartments open to get to the treat underneath. Otto uses his paws but it can also be done with a nose. Otts loves it and it kept him entertained for ages at first and was particularly good for distracting him during his manic phases. Unfortunately he's now figured it out and can empty all 8 compartments within about 30 seconds, especially since he learnt to open two compartments at once with one paw!
He's getting the Tornado next. He'll have to twist the levels apart then lift out the bones to get to the treats. Hopefully he'll find this one more of a challenge!
This is him playing with his brick (it also comes in plastic now but he inherited the wooden one from my old dog who incidentally never figured it out properly!).

Otto says Bella is welcome anytime so long as she doesn't mind sharing with his toys!
