Took Banjo for his acupuncture today & she could tell there was something wrong but not what & did'nt want to manipulate him like they would normally do with spinal problems which make the dog cry  incase he never forgave her & let her stick pins in him again  so a long weekend  & no breakfast tuesday or drugs  so they can see him at his worst :cryin:

Not much to report apart from haveing a very sore tired spot :( he was very good whilst being proded, poked pulled & pushed just a lot of grumbling :D Im sure if it had been me Id have bit the vet

The only new thing he found for deffinate is alot of muscle wastage on his left front shoulder & his left rist is swollen  hips & lower back were sore but not as bad as the middle/upper section of his back & he realy did'nt like any manipulation of his neck, lots of grumbling there :( & when he did his reflexes he was very twitchey  The vet recons disc problems but cant rule out other things

So just waiting for a call on when the MRI van is back hopefully this week or it will be the 17th  & back to 3 10min walks a day if he can manage it :cryin: & no hydro untill he's had his scan  & reduce his food down so he's does'nt get podgy  he has also put him on Gabapentin on top of everything else so he will deffinately be rattling soon.

Poor Banjo, they arnte exactly gentle with the manipulation, everytime Kobi had it done he limped a lot worse. Hope the scan shows the exact cause.

More and more Im thinking Kobis is his back, he has the same thing front leg limping, had muscle waste over the shoulder, cant find anything after xrays,
2 scans now and even the camera in his shoulder. Maybe they are looking in the wrong place. After 6 weeks of walking and being Ok he has just started limping again too.

Hope you can get him sorted poor spot, poor you too, its so fraustrating and worrying.

Poor Kobis :( hope its just tempoary.

The vet was'nt sure if its his neck causing the shoulder/wrist problem or the wrist causeing the shoulder problem  the only thing he was sure about is he's in alot of pain but was very surprised at how well he walked but then Banjo did have to do his posh show off trot   he was'nt doing that on the way out though :(
