    Only just realised that my car has been untaxed for two days lol :eek: I sooo forgot it ran out end of may :rolleyes: despite the the tax renewal notice pinned up in the kitchen lol

    Then I go to the PO and waiting in the queue only to realise i've taken the summary of insurance not the actual certificate lol back home for the right form :rolleyes:

    Oh well, least it's done now

    Naughty Naughty! I can't say anything, I drove down the bottom of the road with no insurance, no tax or MOT to the garage......

    Eeek! That's scarey! what's a clamping fine nowadays??? end up costing more than the tax I bet

    I remembered to tax mine last time...except when i came to tax it, my mot was two months out of date, if only i knew someone who worked in a garage!!!.

    LOL, I've done that before, went to tax the car, dug the paperwork out and discovered the bleeding MOT's run out :eek: Then there's more money to pay out!

    My brother owns a garage that does mot's, but i don't get any favours, infact i think i get charged more:mad:

    Hehe, the sarcasm doesn't come across does it...i work in a little garage :thumbup:, my car, Shelleys and my mum and dads are always the ones that are falling apart 'cause i can't be arsed to fix them when i get home...

    I remember i only found out my car was 5 months out of mot when i was pulled by the police and he told me!!!

    *Ahem!* talk about your own car thank you :p At least it's not like my ickle Clio (RIP) that needed attention everyweek :D

    It's great being married to a mechanic :thumbup:

    The attention that the Clio (aka Gunther) needed was usually due to you leaving the lights on when you parked it up, wasn't it dear?. Jumpleads anyone...

    :eek: errrm, yes well! oh...Kept you on your feet though didn't it? :lol:

    At least the lights in Fifi ( she's a Fiat ) go off automatically when the ignition turns off! :eek:

    Yup, where the proceeded to rip the s**t outta my car!!! And told me my car was crap because it was a Fiat!

    :eek: oooh I drive a Fiat! nowt wrong with them.... Even if I do have to put up with the Fix It Again Tomorrow joke every time it goes in! :D Jons taking it for a service soon.

    I got a P reg Punto. I'm just ringing garage now, I got a partial binding rear drum brake, and have replaced shoes and drum and still does it :( Can't figure out what it is :(

    I heard all of them

    Foolish Italians Attempting Transport is another!

    Hope ya get your car sorted :( miserable when they need fixing. I'm lucky to have Jon :) My car needs a rear shock obsorber, and Jon wants to replace two tyres.
